Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination and carrier. Checkout shows the available shipping options and any charges before you pay. We don't promise overnight or express delivery unless it appears on your order confirmation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $50 ship free where available.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Order Tracking page. Tracking updates can take a day or two to appear after your order ships.
What if my order is delayed?
Contact us with your order number and we will check the fulfillment and carrier status for you.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and accessories when applicable.
How do I start a return?
Email info@volticlane.com or call (216) 770-3983 with your order number and the reason for the return. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include photos. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
When do I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Translation is not perfect: background noise, accents, connectivity and clear speech all matter. The earbuds are an aid, not a professional interpreter. They are built for Bluetooth smartphones; follow the product page and included instructions for setup. They are not hearing protection or a medical device, so stop use if they are uncomfortable.

Use a 5V 3A power source or a QC 3.0+ charger for reliable operation.
