Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50, where available. Shipping times and options are shown at checkout. Tracking information is provided when your order ships and tracking is available.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them. Contact Volticlane through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the request.
